1. Amazing deals and kids eat free on Sundays at The Real Greek
The Real Greek has arrived at Meadowhall with menus of delicious, freshly made flatbreads, fried calamari, spicy chicken skewers, meze and souvlaki wraps. Welcoming families, they’ve got weekday lunch menus for £10, set menus of £15 and kids’ menus for £7.50 plus children can eat free on Sundays (under 12s when an adult spends £10) with meze and chips, wraps, drink and ice-cream. They also do a 25% student discount with UNiDAYs from Sunday to Thursday. Vόστιμο!

2. Visit the Clubhouse for games and food
Nine-hole mini golf, shuffleboard, live sports, darts and seven lanes of bowling make the Clubhouse a brilliant kid-friendly spot for family days out. Their kids’ menus include mac and cheese, chicken or burgers with fries, chocolate brownies and churros. Yum.

3. The biggest movies releases
Autumn 2024 is full of amazing new releases including Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice (6 Sept) and Joker: Folie à deux (4 Oct. Book your seats online for only £4.99 at Vue or make the most of Mini Mornings on Saturday and Sundays with movie tickets to classic and new children’s films and cartoons for only £2.49 for both adults and kids.
If you buy any products from Compare the Market, you can also enjoy Meerkat Movies for a whole year with 2-for-1 tickets every Tuesday and Wednesday while Tastecard and AA members get 30% off – Groupon also often has bulk buy ticket offers for Vue too.

4. Exciting shopping for new season wardrobes and beyond
A huge new Zara is now open on Meadowhall’s The Avenue with extended ranges across womenswear, menswear and children’s clothes, right next to recent openings including Sweaty Betty and Townhouse (the ultimate mother-tween and teen pamper). Also, don’t miss new arrivals Lids and Mango.

5. Enjoy breakfast or brunch at wagamama
The most important meal of the day has now made its way to Wagamama Meadowhall. Enter brunch at the bench and make mornings a moment to savour with friends and family. Start your day with something delicious, nutritious, and energising with big breakfasts, such as katsu waffles or tamago toast, while sipping coffee or a morning cocktail.

6. Book fun play activities – from trampolining and mini golf to climbing and games
Want to plan a children’s activity party or just spend a family day out having fun?
Jump Inc trampolining
Let them safely bounce off the walls with 36,000 feet of trampolines at Jump Inc. With Olympic-sized trampolines, air bags, Laser Tag jump and Tag Active activities plus special toddler sessions, year-round offers and SEN Sessions (without music and lights), it’s one of the best ways to have fun at Meadowhall.

Air Haus inflatable fun
The UK’s first ever interactive inflatable park, Air Haus is not to be missed. Rock Up climbing walls
With 17 fantastic climbing walls (going up to 8m), enjoy a family climbing session at Rock Up for four years and up. There are helpful intros, toddler sessions with soft play, discounted super saver sessions and climbing clubs with special passes all year round.

7. The best places to eat with family menus and free offers for kids
Meadowhall is home to some of the most children-friendly places to eat on the planet. Discover brilliant discounted children’s menus all year round at the newly revamped YO! (they often have kids eat free offers in the holidays when an adult spends £10), Three Joes (kids can get three courses for £6.50) and Pizza Express (sign up to their rewards scheme and you can enjoy a free Piccolo meal).
Join the TGI Fridays Stripes scheme and kids eat free all day every day with tasty menus of Chicken Burger, Fridays Hotdog or Crispy Chicken Tenders and fizzy fruit coolers. Keep an eye on the best and latest offers here.
Nando’s famous Nandinos meals have chicken strips, wings with side orders of corn on the cob and fries with either a juice or bottomless frozen yoghurt for £6.25 and YO! has a great kids’ menu for £7.50 (main, side and drink and £1.50 desserts) with puzzles and activities to do while you eat.

8. Free parking and the best ways to get to Meadowhall by bus, train, tram or bike
It’s super easy for families to get here and find directions to Meadowhall. There are 12,000 car parking spaces available at our free car parks including over 200 parent and child spaces and 350 disabled spaces. We also have more than 50 EV charging points to charge your electric or hybrid car during your visit.
Take advantage of the Cycle Hub which features 120 spaces and simply store your bikes during your visit. The hub also has e-bike charging points, bike repair and pump stations, and lockers to store your helmet while you shop.
Sheffield’s Supertram runs through Meadowhall up to every ten minutes – and you can grab a DayRider ticket from £5.60 on the app – or if you’re travelling from further afield, hop on the train to Meadowhall station.
9. Family-friendly essentials at Meadowhall
Let them blow off some steam at our brilliant Riverside Play outdoor adventure playground right next to the Oasis External Courtyard. With a giant slide, sandpit, seating for exhausted parents and carers plus climbing frames, this is a fun and free delight for all ages.
If you’re with little ones, there are baby changing facilities and family toilets throughout Meadowhall plus two baby feeding rooms and bottle warming facilities. If you need help locating these, the Meadowhall customer services team is always on hand to help.

10. Don’t miss our kid-friendly stores
Lego has hands-on building areas while The Entertainer and It’s So Fluffy are full of exciting toys and gifts for all budgets. Head to Flying Tiger Copenhagen, Gashapon Bandai Official Shop, Kenji and Waterstones for fun and entertaining finds.
