Meadowhall has over 12,000 free car parking spaces across the following 7 car parks:
Red Car Park – best for access to Main Dome entrance, and Boots.
Yellow Car Park – best for access to The Avenue and the Main Dome entrance.
Pink Car Park – direct access to M&S and Flannels.
Green Car Park – Best for access to The Avenue and alternative access to Flannels. This car park has EV charging points
Orange Car Park – best for access to Argos, direct access to Next. This car park has EV charging points
Oasis Car Park – The Oasis Car Park has best access to the Oasis Food Court and Vue Cinema.
Blue Car Park – Best access to The Avenue. This Car Park may be quieter for easier access and egress.
*Disabled Parking Bays: We have a total of over 350 disabled spaces available. Please head to Orange Zone 1 for the disabled parking bays, closest to Shopmobility.
*Parent & Child Parking: We offer over 200 parent and child spaces which can be found across all Meadowhall car parks, with the exception of the Oasis 24 hour car park.
Parent & Child spaces now require an Authorised User Parking Permit, which you can register for in one of the following locations:
- The Avenue – Upper Level Customer Service Lounge, near Café Massarella.
- Lower High Street Mobility Desk, near Argos.
- Management Suite, at the rear end of the Lower Oasis Dining Quarter.
Permits are valid for 12 months from the registration date.
Any non-authorised user will be issued with a Parking Charge Notice.
Authorisation to park in the bays applies to vehicles registered for the scheme and when they have a child under the age of 5 years on board the vehicle when parking.
*Please note: Our car parks are monitored to ensure instructions are followed for disabled and parent and child spaces. Failure to comply with parking terms conditions may result in a Parking Charge Notice.
Motorcycle Parking can be located in lower red, lower pink and yellow car parks, and the Oasis 24 hour car park.
Car Park height restrictions are 2.1 mtrs or 6’10” across all car parks with the exception of the Orange Zone Car Parks. There is no height restriction on the Orange Zone Car Parks.
Please note: We may need to temporarily close car parks in order to manage visitor numbers
The cloakroom will allow customers to leave luggage, coats and bags while they dine & shop. Please see customer service at The Avenue – Upper Level.
Our customer toilets can be found in the Upper and Lower Oasis Dining Quarter, next to the The Avenue – Upper Level Entrance, near to Argos on the lower level High Street and next to Timpson on the lower Arcade.
Disabled Change facilities
We have disabled access facilities located within Changing Places, located near to the Oasis Dining Quarter, near Pizza Hut and KFC. On arrival, please use the intercom to gain access. The facility includes a height adjustable adult-sized changing bench, a hoist system, space for the disabled person and up to two carers, a privacy curtain and a non-slip floor. Sanitiser and full hand washing facilities are provided.
Baby Change facilities
Our baby change facilities are located at The Arcade Toilets, lower High Street Toilets, The Avenue Toilets and The Upper and Lower Oasis Toilets. View Baby Change Facilites on our centre map.
Stoma friendly toilets
All accessible toilets are equipped with a shelf, coat hooks, a mirror and disposable bin.
Go wild in our amazing Riverside Adventure Playground. It’s the perfect place to get active, learn new skills and have tons of fun.
Get soaked in the super splash area, dig deep in the sandpit, glide down the slides and scale the highest heights in the cool climbing zone.
It’s the perfect all year round outdoors environment to help develop new skills and make fantastic new friends.
Visit the Riverside Adventure Children’s Play area outside The Oasis Dining Courtyard, near the Orange Zone Car Park.
The Playground will close every day at 5pm.

Meadowhall also now has a brand new dedicated Customer Service and Collection store, where you can select Meadowhall as your location in the collect + search field. You can then collect your parcel from our store, and even try on your items in our changing rooms, before deciding whether to keep or return your order. Regus Express Business Lounge is bookable by the hour for any meetings you have arranged, or if you simply require a few hours at a desk. Call 0870 880 8484 for more information.
Available at The Shop Mobility Customer Services Desk at the Argos entrance (Pushchairs suitable for children aged 1-4 years – 2 forms of I.D are required to hire, 1 with full address details).
Pushchair hire -£2.00 per hire.
We can only accept card payments.
A £20 cash returnable deposit is required for pushchair hire.

Family facilities pageYou can now charge on the go, with our new ‘Joos’ phone charging points.
Simply, download the ‘Joos’ app, scan the QR code at a Joos Box (listed below) & grab a power bank. Once you’re fully charged simply return the power bank to the Joos box.

– Upper Oasis entrance

Family facilities pageOur Lost Property Service is located within the Meadowhall Management Suite. If you have any enquiries please contact Careline 0333 313 2000. For your safety all lost property will be presented in a sealed clear bag. We advise all customers to sanitise their own lost property, once it has been collected.
A Meadowhall Gift Card is the perfect gift for your friends and family, letting them choose exactly what they want, whether it’s a birthday or Christmas present, to mark an anniversary or just to say ‘thanks’.
Meadowhall gift cards can be purchased in centre from our customer service desks, Customer Service and Collection store and any of our self-service kiosks. You can also buy them online on our gift card website.

Please note, the Customer Service facilities are now cashless, accepting card and contactless payments only. You can pay using most major credit and debit cards and Apple Pay.
Meadowhall has introduced four parking bays exclusively for customers collecting an order. The parking bays, located in the 24 hour Orange car park, will enable customers and delivery drivers to conveniently park at the Oasis Dining Quarter entrance for up to 20 minutes while they collect their food to take away.
The majority of restaurants within the Oasis Dining Quarter now offer food collection and delivery options via Uber Eats, Just Eat, Deliveroo and City Grab
We have 36 EV charging points in total, available in the Green, Orange and Staff car parks. Please check www.evcharge.online for availability and the follow the instructions to charge your vehicle.

Meadowhall recently installed brand new cycle hubs near the Oasis Dining Quarter and Argos entrances, providing 120 additional secure spaces for visitors to safely leave their bikes. They also include six e-bike charging points, two bike repair and pump stations, and lockers to store helmets.

There’s also a dedicated hub for centre staff in Service Area 7.
Customers and staff can use this facility for a short term basis, for example whilst using the shopping centre.

Our main Customer Service desk has now moved and can be found in our brand-new Customer Service and Collection facility, located on the The Avenue – Upper Level. Services include: Collect + parcel collection and returns, changing room facilities, Cloakroom, Information and Gift Cards.
Customer Service support can also be found by visiting our Shop Mobility Desk on the Lower High Street adjacent to Argos, by visiting the Careline team in the Management Suite or from one of our mobile Customer Service staff who can be found on the malls offering help and support to anyone on the move who may require it.
The Customer Service facilities are now cashless, accepting card and contactless payments only. You can pay using most major credit and debit cards and Apple Pay.
The no fuss way to send, return or collect your parcels.
A Collect+ service is available at our brand new Customer Service and Collection facility, located on the The Avenue – Upper Level. Once you have collected your parcel, if you wish to, you can try it on straight away in one of our changing rooms so you can decide whether to keep it or return it.
To use this service, simply select COLLECT + as your delivery option and add MEADOWHALL as your delivery destination. You can then collect your parcel from our Collect and Return service, at a time convenient to you.
Following Collect+ guidelines, our Customer Services team is currently unable to accept parcels which are larger or heavier than 50x50x60cm and 10kgs or less.
Our Changing Places toilet includes an adjustable adult-sized changing bench, a hoist system, space for up to three people, a privacy curtain and a non-slip floor. You can find this situated just off the lower Oasis Dining Quarter, as marked on the centre map here.
To access the Changing Places facility you will need to collect the key from the Management Suite reception.
For your safety, we are continuing with our enhanced cleaning regimes, so these facilities will be cleaned and sanitised after each use. Hand sanitiser and hand washing facilities are provided for customers to use for extra peace of mind.
We have several cash machine points located throughout the centre which are all currently operating at Halifax, The Upper Level Atrium, TSB and Nationwide Building Society
Our Car Washing services, available through The Car Wash Company which can be found in our Lower Level Pink, Red and Yellow Car Parks.
For the little ones, we have various bottle warming facilities around the centre.
- The Oasis seating area – on both upper and lower levels.
- Within the Baby Change facilities located adjacent to The Arcade Toilets.
- Within the Baby Change facilities located adjacent to The Lower High Street Toilets.

Family facilities pageWe support the Breastfeeding friendly scheme and welcome and support breastfeeding anywhere within the centre. For anyone wishing to breastfeed in a private area, we have two dedicated locations available in the following locations:
- Management suite – accessed via The Oasis (lower level)
- Within the Baby Change facilities located adjacent to The The Avenue toilets on the Upper Level
Quiet Bottle Feeding facilities
For parents who wish to bottle feed their children in a quiet area, there are two locations you can go to:
- Bottle Feeding room – accessed via The Avenue Baby Changing Room.
- Quiet Room – accessed via Management Suite (however, we cannot guarantee that this will always be available for use due to it being a multi-function room).

- The Oasis seating area – on both upper and lower levels.
- Within the Baby Change facilities located adjacent to The Arcade Toilets.
- Within the Baby Change facilities located adjacent to The Lower High Street Toilets.

Family facilities pageOur Quiet Room is available within the Management Suite for members of the public.
Please contact Careline on 0333 313 2000 for the Quiet Room opening times, and terms and conditions of use.
Don’t struggle around, we offer accompanied shopping or we have a number of wheelchairs and self drive scooters you can borrow. Just make sure you bring along 2 pieces of ID, one with your home address on. You’ll need to call us beforehand to book your scooter as we want to make sure we have one available when you need it. We have 350 disabled parking spaces, head to Orange car park for those nearest the Shopmobility Desk outside Argos. We’re proud to be working in conjunction with Parkgate Mobility.
