The Oasis
Our brand-new Customer Hub can be found in the Management Suite, between KFC and Pizza Hut Express. This hub comes with services such as Quiet Rooms, Sensory Rooms, Baby Changing and Nursing facilities, Meeting Rooms, Wudu and facilities kitted for prayer.
We also offer Collect+, the no fuss way to send, return or collect your parcels.
A Collect+ service is available at our brand-new Customer Hub, located in The Management Suite. Once you have collected your parcel, if you wish to, you can try it on straight away in one of our changing rooms so you can decide whether to keep it or return it.
The cloakroom at the Customer Hub allows you to leave your luggage, coats and bags while you dine & shop. Following Collect+ guidelines, our Customer Services team is currently unable to accept parcels which are larger or heavier than 50x50x60cm and 10kgs or less.
Meadowhall Gift Cards can also be purchased here. Please note, the Customer Service facilities are now cashless, accepting card and contactless payments only. You can pay using most major credit and debit cards and Apple Pay.
