Rock Up is the thrilling climbing centre at Meadowhall. There are 17 incredible fun climbing walls towering over 8m with multiple routes to their peaks. Great for all ages & abilities. Climb from 4 years. No experience or equipment needed. There is also a soft play area and a café serving fresh coffee & food. Rock up is a superb venue for birthday parties. The venue support & work with community groups ranging from Schools to Scouts, Cadets to Sports Clubs & many more. Sessions include a 20 min briefing followed by 40 minutes of thrilling climbing in the arena. No charge for spectators. Only book participants. Save £1pp when you book in advance.

Toddler Climb & Play

Fun climbing for toddlers (up to 5 years) in our colourful arena assisted by our super friendly team.

Includes an hour of climbing for little explorers who are confident walkers in the climbing arena with our friendly team on hand to help. Followed by 2 hours of fun in our super soft play. Relax with a coffee while the little ones burn off excess energy ducking and diving through our soft play. Separate baby area available.

Rock Stars Climbing Club

Rock Stars is our fantastic WEEKLY term time climbing club that will engage your child(ren) with exciting games and challenges every week. We focus on developing climbing skills, building confidence & strength, whilst reaching new heights and having mountains of fun! Includes Rock Stars T-Shirt, Logbook when booked as a course.

Sessions run term time every Monday & Wednesday 5.10pm to 6.10pm

HomeEd Hangout

Come along to our exclusive Home Ed Hangout sessions to meet other home educators and create a weekly base camp at Rock Up. Special discounted rate for home ed sessions!
Home Ed hangout, a great way for kids of all ages to stay active and make new friends and a fantastic addition to tie in with the national curriculum making a visit both fun and educational.

Sessions run during term time every Friday @ 12.30pm

Autism and SEN Friendly Session – Child or Adult

At Rock Up we want to make climbing as accessible as we can ensuring everyone has a chance to reach new heights, therefore during our SEND sessions we will turn the music off and there will be fewer climbers in the arena to create a calmer and quieter environment. Our friendly staff will take an extra attentive approach to the needs of each climber and help them reach their goals for the session. We also welcome family and siblings to climb in these sessions too. Min age 4.

Sessions run term time every Thursday @ 4:50pm
