We are currently seeking experienced Menswear Tailoring and Suits Specialist to deliver outstanding customer service for our well-known luxury brand, Hawes and Curtis. Hawes & Curtis was established by Mr Ralph Hawes and Mr Freddie Curtis in 1913 and have been making the finest shirts for Royalty, including in the past HRH Prince of Wales and Earl Mountbatten. We were cited by the press as being amongst the ‘brightest businesses’ in Great Britain. Today, the brand is known for its innovation, quality and ambition for growth.

We are now looking for a qualified candidate to join our store team in Meadowhall shopping centre in Sheffield; immediate start is preferred.

The Role:
• You will be part of a thriving team – leading and driving sales within the suiting department to achieve targets and KPI’s.
• You will support the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and contribute towards the stores KPI results.
• You will provide exceptional customer service and develop a loyal and valued customer base
• You will maximise sales by advising customers and achieving lifestyle and outfit dressing
• You will represent and promote our brand well, and lead by example
The Candidate:
• Reporting to the Store Manager you will have a minimum 2 years senior experience in menswear premium retail.
• You will have a passion for formal wear and suiting, knowledge of fabrics and tailoring details.
• Experience in made-to-measure tailoring is a plus
• Strong interest in fashion and client interactions
