Job description

Guerlain is owned by LVMH and a great brand to work for. You have two lots of allocated products twice a year The uniform is provided free of charge each season.

We have various regional training days to attend and a fancy lunch a gift usually frangrance/ make up/ skincare etc..

What the role involves .
• Sitting customers down doing foundation color matches
• Flash make up services
• Fragrance consultations
• Targeted make-up consultations
• Hosting Events around Skin Care / fragrance/ make up

Day to day duties
•Cleaning counter- housekeeping
•Stoctakes twice yearly to support with this.
•Sales across 3 axis ( Make up) (Skin Care) (Fragrance) ensuring problem solving skills to ensure all customers purchase the right Skincare Make-up Fragrance etc
• Offering services to increase sales.
• “Be responsible for meeting set targets and performance goals (KPIs) relevant to your role.”
