You can find our ‘By Personal Appointment’ Service here.  You can book an appointment to visit us in our boutiques, have an appointment over the phone or, in selected boutiques, we will be offering virtual appointments from the comfort of your home. This means each and every one of our clients will get a fully personalised shopping experience with us and a dedicated customer service expert.

Goldsmiths is a business with more than 230 years of tradition and experience. Our first showroom opened in Newcastle in 1778 and there have been many notable achievements for Goldsmiths. We were the jewellers who made the Rugby League Trophy, and we were the UK’s first appointed stockist of Rolex watches in 1919.

Today, Goldsmiths is the one of the leading quality jewellers in the UK with over 90 showrooms in every major town and city from Aberdeen to the south coast, as well as four in Northern Ireland selling fine jewellery and diamonds.

Our Fort Kinnaird store stocks a large selection of Swiss watches, including Tudor and TAG Heuer, alongside their diamonds and fine jewellery. Goldsmiths offer the highest level of customer care and service, including dealing with customer repairs and jewellery cleaning.
