Job Overview:
We are looking for experienced Servers / Waiting Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in hospitality, customer service, or waiting roles. You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring that everyone enjoys their time with us.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide attentive and friendly service, ensuring customers feel welcome and well taken care of from arrival to departure.
Take accurate food and drink orders, communicating clearly with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
Serve food and beverages in line with company standards, ensuring presentation and quality are maintained.
Handle customer inquiries, special requests, and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude.
Maintain a clean and organised section, including tables, seating areas, and workstations, ensuring all health and safety regulations are followed.
Assist with table preparation, clearing, and resetting to ensure a smooth transition for the next guests.
Support other team members during busy periods, helping to maintain efficiency and a positive working environment.
Stay informed about menu items, daily specials, and promotions to effectively upsell and recommend options to guests.
Handle payment transactions accurately and efficiently, following cash handling procedures.
All Team Members will be cross trained across all front of house departments.
Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in hospitality, customer service, or serving roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to help colleagues where needed.
Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Strong attention to detail, ensuring that orders are accurate and service runs smoothly.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and customer service best practices.
