Job Overview:
We are seeking experienced Receptionists / Games Desk Team Members to join our team. The
ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in hospitality or customer service roles. You
will be the first point of contact for our guests, playing a vital role in creating a welcoming and
professional environment, managing inquiries, and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service, greeting guests with a warm and friendly demeanour
and assisting them from arrival to departure.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries, ensuring prompt and helpful responses
to all guest questions and requests.
• Manage bookings, reservations, and appointments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the
scheduling process.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed
and payments are processed accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organised front desk and reception area, adhering to all health and
safety guidelines.
• Handle customer complaints and issues professionally, escalating them to management
when necessary.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
• Provide information about services, facilities, and promotions, ensuring guests have all the
information they need to enjoy their experience.
• All Team Members will be cross trained across all front of house departments.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in hospitality or customer service roles, preferably in a
front desk or reception capacity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable attitude.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in bookings and
documentation.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a busy environment.
• A team-oriented mindset, with a willingness to assist colleagues across departments.
• Proficiency in handling payment transactions and managing bookings systems.
• Flexible availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public
holidays.
• Familiarity with customer service best practices and health and safety regulations.
