Job description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and contributing to the overall success of the store. This position requires strong communication skills, a keen sense of organisation, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer shopping experience and increase sales.
Maintain a well-organised sales floor, ensuring products are displayed attractively and restocked as needed.
Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products, promotions, and store policies.
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations within the store.
Assist with inventory management, including receiving deliveries and conducting stock checks.

Experience

Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not essential.
Ability to sell products confidently while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
Excellent organisational skills to keep track of stock levels and sales reports.
