Ensures all of the team represent the brand as required
Looks for opportunities to promote the brand within their local area
Encourages the team to come up with new ideas to improve the store performance
Supports the team through periods of change
Cascades company news with the team and checks understanding
Achieves a high level of service through the team ensuring every customer receives a personalised service experience using the Reiss Experience CIC philosophy, across all customer interactions and touch points
Ensures the team know how to prioritise the customer making sure that they always feel appreciated and valued
Drives all product services across the store
Uses the stores loyal customer base to drive sales
Resolves any customer related issues
Drives the team to achieve store objectives and KPl’s
Knows what is impacting their business results
Empowers the team to use commercial reports to drive sales
Has a strong awareness of competitors
Manages all controllable costs such as man hours and stationary supplies to maximise profit
Manages rotas to ensure the store can meet all required business expectations
Meets deadlines by planning, prioritising and effective delegating
Implements company policies and checks they are being followed by the team
Completes all Health and Safety checks and resolves any health and safety issues in store
Ensures the store is opened and closed safely and efficiently
Manages stock in and out procedures to ensure an accurate stock inventory
Looks for ways to improve operational efficiencies in store
Investigates and resolves any operational issues i.e. till discrepancies, stock loss
Ensures BoH areas are set up correctly inline with the company standards
Adapts their communication and leadership style depending on the situation
Helps to implement the store strategy
Proactive with recruiting in store
Knows how to get the best out of the team
Resolves any performance issues within the team and takes appropriate action i.e. using
ROC’s, PIPs and holding investigations and/or disciplinaries
Uses a coach-like approach to empower and develop the team
Recognises achievements, gives praise as well as constructive feedback to improve performance
Ensures training and regular performance conversations are happening in store
Creates a diverse and inclusive environment in store
Understands how to support the team with their safety & wellbeing
