Supporting local learning

We continue to improve local skill and business by offering and supporting top training programmes in the local area.

Apprenticeship Scheme

We have recently added more talented young people to our team – graduates from our successful apprentice scheme.

After successfully completing their apprenticeships, nine went on to secure employment here at Meadowhall in various areas of the business including: Customer Services, the Oasis Dining Quarter, Marketing, Security, Human Resources and Property Services. 

Some took it upon themselves to progress their positions by applying for new roles at the centre, against external applicants and graduates. One recent apprentice applied for a role in customer service – he beat nearly 300 applicants to get the job!
