Meadowhall’s awards

Meadowhall has been a WorldHost recognised shopping and leisure destination since 2012, a must-have in the world of customer service. 

All members of the site cleaning, security and management teams were trained to precise WorldHost standards and to maintain customer service levels, our output is regularly assessed by mystery shoppers. We also conduct regular customer surveys to ensure we’re continually progressing. What’s more, anyone working at Meadowhall who has garnered great feedback on their work is granted a Service Excellence Award.

Sustainability

We’re green too, and have been winning recognition for our environmental programme for more than 20 years, most recently the BCSC Gold Sustainability Award 2014 and British Land’s Managing Buildings Efficiently Award 2015.
