Red Show Walk Terms & Conditions

 

Please read carefully. In consideration of you being permitted to enter and remain at Red Shoe Walk (the “Event”) [organised by Sheffield Hospitals Charity of Office SE6, Leah’s Yard, 20 Cambridge Street, Sheffield, S1 4HP (the “Organiser”), you hereby acknowledge and agree to the terms below by submitting your registration or purchasing a ticket to the Event:

  1. Ticket Pricing and Offer:
    1. Tickets for the Event are available to the general public by purchasing your ticket here: Red Shoe Walk | Sheffield Hospitals Charity
    2. Tickets are subject to availability and offered on a first-come, first-serve basis while availability for the Event remains.
    3. There is no valid discount, offers or promotion to any ticket order.
    4. There are no maximum tickets per person. If you require more tickets than this, please contact the Organiser directly to discuss the possibility of further issuances.
    5. If you are booking on behalf of another, you agree to accept these terms and conditions on behalf of all members of your party.
    6. You are not entitled to purchase any tickets with the intention of reselling your tickets for profit. If we discover or have reason to suspect that you have purchased and intend to resell, or have sold tickets in breach of this clause, we reserve the right to cancel your tickets without notice.
  2. Cancellation
    1. If you cancel your booking, you will not be eligible for approval.
  3. Lost or Stolen Tickets:
    1. When you receive your tickets via email, please keep them in a safe place. We will not be responsible for any tickets that are lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed following receipt or collection by you.
    2. You acknowledge that it may not be possible to replace lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets, however wherever possible we will seek to re-issue tickets. If you lose your ticket or it gets stolen, please contact [email protected] or your ticketing provider for assistance. Proof of purchase may be required for ticket re-issuance.
  4. Admittance:
    1. In our sole discretion and without refund, we reserve the right to refuse admittance to or expel from the Event anyone that we determine is behaving in a manner that could be disruptive to the Event or pose a danger to yourself or any other person. You consent and agree that in such event, you shall not be entitled to a refund.
    2. To gain entry to the Event, you must present your valid ticket at the designated venue’s entrance at the time specified on your ticket.
    3. Please be prepared to provide photographic identification (valid passport or driving licence) if requested by our staff.
  5. Event Schedule:
    1. Registration is open from 9am, a warmup will take place from 9:30am, with the walk starting at 10am.
    2. If you arrive late, you may be asked to wait for a suitable break to enter the venue to ensure there is minimal disruption to the Event.
    3. If you do not arrive within the specified order time for your booking, we reserve the right to cancel your ticket without notice.
  6. Speakers: The views expressed by any speaker, exhibitor or sponsor at the Event are their own. We shall have no liability for advice given, or views expressed, by any speaker, exhibitor, or sponsor at the Event or in any material provided at the Event.
  7. Event Management:
    1. The Event will be managed by Sheffield Hospitals Charity of Office SE6, Leah’s Yard, 20 Cambridge Street, Sheffield, S1 4HP (the “Event Manager”).

  8. Photography and Recording:
    1. The unauthorised recording, photography, or live streaming of the Event is strictly prohibited.
    2. We reserve the sole right to use any recordings, photography or live streams received or obtained by us during the Event for whatever use deemed proper by us, and all recordings, photography and live streams will be our sole property.
    3. Please be aware that you may appear in the aforementioned event-related media and by attending the Event you provide your consent for us to use this media for reasonably appropriate purposes.
  9. Accessibility:
    1. We are committed to accessibility for everyone. If you have specific accessibility or inclusion requirements, please inform us in advance of the Event date to ascertain whether we can accommodate your needs.
    2. The venue is equipped with facilities for individuals with disabilities. If you require assistance, please contact the staff at the venue.
  10. Alcohol and Food:
    1. Alcoholic beverages may be available at the Event for individuals of legal drinking age. Please consume alcohol responsibly. Please be prepared to provide photographic identification (valid passport or driving licence) if requested by our staff at the venue.
    2. Food and beverages may be available at the Event and must be consumed in designated areas at the venue.
    3. Please ask a member of the staff at the venue for further details on allergy information of any food or beverages available. We cannot guarantee that any available food or beverages are free from ingredients that may affect those with food allergies.

  12. Event Changes: We reserve the right to modify the agenda, format, speakers, location, and any other aspect of the Event without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to inform ticket holders in advance of any modifications to the Event.
  13. Event Termination/Postponement
    1. In the unlikely event that the Event is cancelled or postponed by us, the event organisers will look to transfer your place to a new date for the event.
    2. We shall not be liable for any damages, costs, or losses incurred, such as transportation costs, accommodations costs, or financial losses in connection with the postponement or cancellation of the Event.
  14. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we (which shall include our affiliates, parent undertakings, subsidiaries, and our and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, legal representatives, and sub-contractors) shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to any person (including you) or property howsoever caused.
  15. Severance: If any provision or part thereof contained in these terms and conditions is declared unenforceable or ineffective, such provision and part shall be deemed severable, such that all other provisions contained in these terms and conditions shall remain valid and binding.
  16. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising in connection with them.
