Sporting Bears
If you’re a fan of fast cars, you won’t want to miss the Sporting Bears section. Starting from £20, you can take a ten-mile passenger Dream Rides in one of our amazing supercars, with all proceeds going to Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice.
Whether you’re a car enthusiast or just looking for a fun day out with friends and family, our passenger rides offer a unique and unforgettable experience. So don’t miss out on this incredible opportunity, to book your Dream Rides, find the Yellow Sporting Bears gazebo on the day of the event!

Cost of Sporting Bears ride starts from £20 and upwards. Journey length is dependent on traffic, so may differ on the day. Tickets and information can be found at the Yellow Sporting Bears gazebo on the day of the event.
Children aged 6 to 18 are permitted to be a passenger on a DreamRide, however, please note, that some of the Sporting Bears cars will be two-seaters only. If you would like to accompany your child on the DreamRide, you must choose a vehicle which permits more than 1 passenger. A small selection of booster seats are available in line with Government guidance.

FAQs
Tickets are £6 each and little ones under two can come along for free. Every penny from ticket sales and on-the-day fundraising goes straight to supporting Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice. We need to raise £6.4 million every year to continue supporting local families, and with your help attending this event, we can continue to be there for the families who need us most.
If you’d like to add an extra donation (thank you!), you can do this at the checkout. And if you’re eligible, don’t forget to tick the Gift Aid box – it means we receive an additional 20% at no extra cost to you.
To help make your Motorfest experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible, we’ve introduced an AM and PM ticket. These help spread out entry and keep everyone moving.
– The AM slot is for attendees visiting 10am – 12.30pm
– The PM slow is for attendees visiting 12.30am – 3.00pm
Most guests spend around two hours exploring Motor Show, so you’ll have plenty of time to see everything once you’re inside.
We’ve also limited ticket numbers this year to make sure there’s lots of space to wander, take photos and enjoy the day at your own pace.

Cash payments on the day will not be accepted.
Tickets are £6 per person, under 2’s go free – please ensure you purchase tickets for all attendees, additional tickets cannot be purchased on the day.
Once you’ve booked your ticket online, you’ll receive an email with your ticket details. Just show this to the steward at the gate and you’re good to go!

We’re excited to announce that in support of Bluebell Wood’s fundraising, the Summer Beach Club are kindly offering free entry to Motor Show visitors on the day of the event. This is subject to availability and must be purchased in advance.
When you purchase a Motor Show ticket, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing a unique discount code for free entry to Summer Beach Club on 31 August 2026.
To redeem your free entry, please use the discount code to book your Summer Beach Club ticket online. Please note that while entry is free, rides and attractions within Summer Beach Club are charged separately at their standard operational rates.
Due to limited capacity, free-entry tickets are subject to availability. We recommend booking your Summer Beach Club ticket as soon as possible after receiving your discount code to avoid disappointment.
Please note that free entry tickets can only be used on the same day as Motor Show (31st August 2026) and cannot be claimed on the day without a pre-booked ticket.

For everyone’s safety around moving vehicles, dogs aren’t allowed at the event, except for assistance dogs.
Yes, absolutely. Just follow the signage on the day or ask any member of our team and they’ll be happy to help you find the accessible entrance.
Sporting Bears will have a stand at the event where you can book your dream ride time slot. You’ll find their location on the event map.
We won’t let a little rain dampen our spirits! If the weather is mildly wet, such as light rain, the event will still go ahead. Please remember to bring along an umbrella and waterproofs so you can enjoy the day comfortably. However, if torrential rain, extremely high winds or severe storms are predicted, the event’s safety will be assessed, and any cancellations will be communicated in line with our Terms and Conditions.
Refunds cannot be issued if you are no longer able to attend. If Motor Show is cancelled by the event organisers, attendees will be offered a refund or the option to donate their entry fee to Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more information.
All guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over at all times during the event.
You’re welcome to use most of the shopping centre car parks on the day. Please note that both Zone 3 and Zone 4 of the Orange car parks will be taken up by Motor Show and Summer Beach Club.
Yes. The event is fully accessible for disabled and wheelchair users. The Pink Car Park is the closest to the Shopmobility Desk outside Marks & Spencer, where wheelchairs and mobility scooters are available.
Yes, you’ll be able to use Meadowhall’s in centre toilet facilities throughout the event. Please see Meadowhall’s website for full of facilities.
Yes, you can! Please see a member of staff who will be able to support with re-entry.
