Style Suite Terms of Use

Please read carefully. In consideration of use of the Style Suite hosted by British Land (c/o Meadowhall Limited Partnership) (“Meadowhall”, “Us”, “We”, “Our”), You hereby acknowledge and agree to the terms below by interacting with the Style Suite.

1. Style Suite and Offer:

A. The Style Suite is a free of charge service and provides a computer-generated recommendations through a colour match software tool provided by GoogleAI using the data You provide through the user interface.  No purchase is required in order to use the Style Suite service.

B. The Style Suite is managed by third party software provider 3DWD on behalf of Meadowhall. More information about 3DWD can be found here: https://3dwd.eu/

2. Style Suite Outputs:

A. The Style Suite will provide an assessment based on the data You submit and You are responsible for making sure the data You submit is accurate. This assessment is intended solely as a recommendation of clothing colours that may suit You best.

Any analysis provided by the Style Suite is for inspiration and idea-generation purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any output using Style Suite and in particular make no guarantee that any image generated by Style Suite will be an accurate representation of Your image (including any applicable gender characteristics). The analysis provided by the Style Suite may not exactly match that shown in our marketing.

B. The Style Suite operates using information You submit. Meadowhall accepts no responsibility for any misuse, misidentification, or any outcome or information with which You may disagree.

3. Availability:

A. The Style Suite will be in operation during the Meadowhall centre opening hours.

B. Meadowhall has no liability if the Style Suite is not in operation for any reason.

C. Meadowhall may suspend or terminate Your access to the Style Suite at any time for any reason.

4. Accessibility:

We are committed to accessibility for everyone. If You have specific accessibility or inclusion requirements, please inform Us in advance of using the Style Suite to allow Us to ascertain whether We can accommodate your needs.

6. Style Suite Changes:

We reserve the right to withdraw or modify any aspect of the Style Suite without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability:

To the extent permitted by law, We (which shall include Our affiliates, parent undertakings, subsidiaries, and Our and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, legal representatives, and sub-contractors) shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to any person (including You) or property howsoever caused.

8. Third Parties:

These terms and conditions are between You and Us. Nobody else can enforce it.

9. Severance:

If a court invalidates some of this contract, the rest of it will still apply. If a court or other authority decides that some of these terms are unlawful, the rest will continue to apply.

10. Governing Law:

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and wherever You live You can bring claims against us in the English courts. If you live in Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring claims against us in the courts of the country you live in.
