Job description

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Team Leader or Supervisor ready for a challenge to join our Newly re-located Meadowhall Store . You must:

Have a strong retail background and lead from the front to be the essence of a customers’ experience.
Have strong photographic and camera knowledge
Be commercial with high merchandising standards
Be sales driven with an understanding of driving KPI’s
Be able to lead a team to meet company objectives
Have previous management or supervisor experience
Be able to work 32 + hours a week

Are you flexible to work the hours of a busy retail store? Mornings, evenings and weekends on a flexible Rota basis ?

Jessops is returning to the Meadowhall Centre in a new exciting location in the late Summer and we have some really exciting opportunities for you to join us. The role will included Opening and closing the store in the absence of the store manager and also managing the store team . We also offer a great staff discount program to help fund your camera equipment be it as a hobby or semi-pro.

At least two years retail supervisory experience is required and also a basic photographic knowledge.
