Job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and creating an outstanding shopping experience. Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Maintain excellent product knowledge, including promotions and new arrivals.
Replenish stock and ensure displays are clean, organised, and visually appealing.
Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Assist with stock management and inventory counts.
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.
Work effectively as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service.
Requirements
Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not essential.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
A confident and target-driven approach to sales.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays as required.
