The Role

This isn’t a role where you’ll spend your shift waiting behind a till.

As a Sales Associate, you’ll be actively engaging with customers, introducing them to our fragrances and creating an exciting and personal shopping experience.

You’ll receive training on our fragrance collections, products and selling techniques — so previous fragrance experience isn’t necessary.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Approaching and welcoming customers with confidence
* Discovering customers’ fragrance preferences through conversation
* Demonstrating perfumes, oils and fragrance layering combinations
* Delivering a memorable and personalised customer experience
* Working towards individual and store sales targets
* Supporting the team in achieving daily and monthly KPIs
* Building product knowledge through ongoing training
* Maintaining excellent visual merchandising and store standards
* Supporting stock replenishment and general store operations
* Promoting current offers, launches and loyalty initiatives
* Contributing to a positive, energetic and supportive team environment

Who We’re Looking For

Personality matters. We’re looking for someone who enjoys talking to people and isn’t afraid to start a conversation.

You could be a great fit if you’re confident, friendly, enthusiastic, proactive and comfortable working towards targets.

Previous experience in retail, hospitality, sales or customer service is helpful, but it isn’t essential. We’re much more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn.

You don’t need to know everything about perfume on day one.

Bring the personality, we’ll teach you the fragrance. 🌹
