We have the exciting opportunity for an individual to join our team.

Expectations:
– We are looking for someone who is willing to go that extra mile for our customers to ensure they leave 100% satisfied with their purchase.
– Someone who will be a passionate brand ambassador.
– Someone who can maximise sales using excellent selling and upselling techniques.

Nomination is a global brand which is only increasing in popularity and has been an Italian style icon since its debut in 1987. It is most well known for its charm bracelets which can be uniquely personalised with an array of charms from the original 18k Gold collection to the newest 9k Rose Gold collection. Nomination also create stunning jewellery collections suitable for everyone of all ages.

An example of duties would include:
– Delivering first rate customer service by being friendly, approachable and attentive to our customers needs
– Maintaining cleanliness of the kiosk and ensuring all displays are orderly at all times
– Using a till and card machine
– Having excellent product knowledge
– Helping cover extra shifts if needed e.g. during seasonal periods, sickness or holiday cover

Hours:
8 hours over 2 days per week, evenings and weekends.

Previous experience:
Previous retail experience is preferred.
Full training will be given.
