Job Summary: Sales Ambassador
Company: iTreatSkin (natural, vegan, and medicinal-focused skincare).
Role Type: Full-time or part-time, on-site.
Location: Trafford Centre & Meadowhall Shopping Centre.
Salary: £20,000 – £25,000 per year, though this may vary.

Key Responsibilities
Engage Customers: Proactively approach customers, providing a welcoming and positive atmosphere in a retail/kiosk environment.
Product Knowledge & Advice: Act as a brand expert, sharing in-depth knowledge about natural skincare products (e.g., neem cream for eczema/psoriasis) and making tailored recommendations.
Sales & Targets: Drive sales through upselling and meeting personal and team sales targets.
Merchandising: Managing product displays, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring the display area is tidy.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience: Proven experience in customer service and sales.
Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with customers and explain product benefits confidently.
Passion for Skincare: A genuine interest in natural, vegan, or beauty products.
Flexibility: Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent is typically required.
