The Person
• You must hold a Marketing Degree or Events Management Degree and have a Grade C or above for GCSE (or equivalent) in English language and Mathematics.
• You must have 2-3 years’ experience in a similar Marketing/Events role.
• Excellent Communicator – verbal and written

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to working alongside our existing Marketing Executive, in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to the senior management team, the ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies that enhance our brand visibility and drive customer engagement. You will play a pivotal role in the delivery of campaigns across various platforms, ensuring alignment with our overall business objectives.
Duties
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with business goals.
• Research and identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Turn marketing opportunities into persuasive content to serve through our client owned channels.
• Create compelling social media campaigns and content that resonates with our audience, to optimise reach and engagement.
• social media management,
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
• Write persuasive copy for various marketing materials, including the brand website
• Utilise WordPress for website updates and content management.
• Deliver projects from conception to execution, ensuring timeframes are met and adherence to quality standards.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics to inform future strategies.
• Help co-ordinate the delivery of day-to-day marketing services including print and design.
• Oversee the administration of pop-up events, centre enlivenment, brand experiences and retail activities/installations
Skills
• Proficient in advertising and social media management tools.
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging content in English.
• Demonstrated teamwork abilities, fostering collaboration with others.
• Solid understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
• Experience in project management, ensuring efficient workflow and task completion.
• Familiarity with market analysis techniques to identify growth opportunities.
