Job description

Being part of the team you will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive the best possible customer service each time they visit our store.

Duties will include:

– Greeting customers with superior customer service
– Ensuring store targets are achieved and, where possible, exceeded.
– Offering the customer the whole product range
– Provide alternatives and add on sales at every opportunity
– Assist in maintaining good presentation and serving of the food
– Replenish stock levels when needed.
– keeping Front of house fully cleaned

Hours will be 35-40 hours a week

The business is open for trading Monday to Saturday

10.30am- 9.15pm

Sundays

11am- 6pm

Hence evening and weekend Availability is essential And needed to make it fair across the whole team
