– I maintain store presentation, VM and Loss Prevention standards, including housekeeping,
processing and replenishing stock

– I use technology confidently and offer solutions to meet and exceed our customers expectations
– I provide customer and product insights to my Manager to deliver a seamless customer
experience in my store
– I follow direction and execute inventory processes and replenishment to ensure accuracy and compliant
– I step up and support my management team in the wider day-to-day running on the store as
required
– I am an advocate for the Good we do and share our story genuinely with our customer
– I am clear on my HPAs and effectively use my time to perform in my role
– I work with my manager to review my performance and seek feedback to grow my skills to support my development
– I look after others and myself, in alignment with our Safety Matters Framework
