Meadowhall Raises Almost £90,000 for Local Charities

Over £88,000 was raised for local causes in 2025

Meadowhall hosted a variety of charity fundraisers in 2025 for charities including Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice, S6 Foodbank, and 2025 charity partner of the year Sheffield Hospitals Charity.

The annual Motorfest returned to Meadowhall to raise funds for Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice. Sportscars, emergency vehicles, and Transformers took over the Orange Car Park, raising almost £50,000.

The inaugural Red Shoe Walk featured Gladiators finalist Bronte Jones, Sonic the Hedgehog, and “Amarillo” singer Tony Christie, who all took to the stage to warm up the crowd ahead of the 5km walk. The event raised over £10,000 for the charity’s Dementia appeal.

Donations at the Giving Box, 35th birthday cupcakes from Millie’s Cookies, and the limited-edition Luke Horton Gift Card cover all raised funds for charity partner Sheffield Hospitals Charity, supporting their Dementia Fund and Jessops Maternity Wing.

Over the Christmas period, staff members and customers donated new toys as Christmas gifts to families supported by S6 Foodbank. The appeal saw over 800 toys donated to families in need.
